Terms

1. Please pay the total service charge upon submission of the application.
2. After payment is received, we will contact you to confirm a date and time for the site visit(s). 
3. Clients may re-schedule their site booking up to 5 working days before the confirmed site visit date. Re-scheduled visits must be within 3 months of the original appointment, otherwise a new application needs to be submitted at prevailing rates. Any unused payments will only be refunded as a credit to the client’s membership account for future purchases.
4. Please remove pillows and blankets from beds to be tested on the site visit date. The mattress and mattress cover should be kept on the beds to be tested.
5. The client agrees to hold Building Biology Central Limited not liable for any losses caused by the switching off of circuit breakers during the assessment of low frequency electric fields. Staff from Building Biology Central Limited will inform clients if such testing is required, and the client reserves the right to decline this part of the service.
6. In case of any disputes, the decision of Building Biology Central Limited shall be final. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

1. 請將檢測服務之費用於提交預約表格時一併支付。
2. 收款後，本公司將會聯絡閣下，並預約及確認檢測服務之日期及時間。
3. 閣下可以為已預約之家居檢測改期，需在已預約之檢測日期不少於 5個工作天前通知本公司。再次預約之家居檢測日必須在原先之檢測日的 3個月內 進行，否則客戶須按當時收費重新申請家居檢測服務。本公司只會將未用的款項退回閣下之會員帳戶，作日後購物之用。
4. 於檢測服務當日，請把枕頭及被舖等移離床上，並建議保留牀褥及牀單。
5. 在家居檢測過程中，檢測低頻電場時或有可能需要關閉總電錶箱內之斷路器。如有需要關閉斷路進行該檢測，本公司職員會事先通知客人，而客人擁有拒絕進行該項檢測之權利。客人並明白本公司將不會負責任何因關閉電路而導致的損毀或維修費用。
6. 如有任何爭議，Building Biology Central Limited 保留最終決定權。本公司保留權利修改以上條款，毋須事先通知。
